That bright cardamom hit on the finish keeps every cup interesting.
I brewed this as my afternoon pick-me-up and that clove-sweet finish is really something else. The rose is present but the cardamom keeps it from being too flowery. I’m already on my second tin.
The rose petals are so fragrant in the dry leaf, and once steeped they soften the spice just enough without hiding the cardamom. I’ve been brewing it black in the mornings and the sweet clove note actually makes me skip the honey.
