転機が訪れたのは、単一の茶葉を探すのをやめ、組み合わせを試し始めたときでした。答えは、ネパール茶と、軽く燻した中国の紅茶を合わせることでした。

The smoke note is way more subtle than I expected—it just lingers at the end after that smooth, sweet Nepalese base. I've been brewing it at work in the afternoon and it's become my little ritual.
I was skeptical about the smoke note since I usually avoid smoky teas, but it's so soft here it just rounds out the sweetness instead of stomping on it. The smooth, high-elevation base makes it an easy daily drinker, and it brews up a really comforting cup without any bitterness.
The contrast really works—that high-elevation sweetness comes through smooth and clean, and the smoke lingers just long enough to keep things interesting. I've been brewing it gongfu style and the leaves hold up for several steeps without turning bitter.
