Il nous a fallu des mois de R&D pour trouver le bon équilibre—le caractère riche et distinctif du sésame noir exige une base de thé parfaite, sinon il domine la tasse ou disparaît complètement.

Notre percée est survenue lorsque nous avons cessé de chercher une seule base de thé et commencé à tester des combinaisons. La réponse : un thé népalais et un thé noir chinois légèrement fumé travaillant ensemble.
