The stainless steel mesh lets my leaves unfurl properly instead of getting cramped, and cleanup is just a quick rinse. The handle stays cool enough to lift out without burning my fingers.
Finally a strainer big enough that my leaves actually have room to unfurl instead of getting squished into a soggy clump. The handle stays cool enough to lift out mid-steep, and filling it from the tin is way less messy than my old little ball one.
The basket is roomy enough that the leaves actually unfurl instead of clumping in the middle, which I didn't get with my old ball infuser. Only thing is the handle sticks out a bit far for my smaller mug, so I have to angle it.
