大吉嶺香提哈提

I brewed this for three minutes and the sweet front notes really come through before that wispy, delicate finish kicks in. It stays smooth underneath the brisk high notes instead of turning bitter, which is exactly what I want from a Darjeeling.

That first sip is the giveaway — the brisk, sharp top notes hit right away, but it softens into that smooth, almost sweet undertone before the wispy finish fades. It's the kind of cup that makes you slow down and actually taste it. I'm already reaching for a second steep.

I brewed this up this morning and that brisk, sweet front note hit exactly as described—it’s got a real snap to it that wakes you up. The finish stays delicate, not astringent, which is rare for me at this price. Gone in three steeps too quickly, but each cup was lovely.
