The jar arrived perfectly sealed with no sticky mess, and this honey is beautifully thick with a deep, earthy flavor that tastes like actual wildflowers. I've been putting it on toast every morning and it's the best raw honey I've had from Montana.
Opened the jar and the honey's so thick it barely dripped off the spoon, and that knapweed and wildflower combo gives it a nice, earthy bite without being too sweet. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and it's honestly the best part of my day.
The first spoonful tasted like pure Montana wildflower meadow, not the syrupy stuff from the grocery store. This raw honey is thick and has that earthy knapweed bite that makes it feel genuinely authentic.
