I’ve been brewing this iced in the afternoons and the tangy hibiscus really balances the peach sweetness—no sugar needed. It’s become my go-to caffeine-free pick when I want something fruity but not heavy.

The color alone is worth it—brews such a deep, gorgeous red that it feels like a fancy mocktail. Steeped hot, the peach comes through sweet while the hibiscus gives it that nice tangy bite, and I’ve already gone through half the bag this week.

Brewed a big pitcher of this for a hot afternoon and the red color alone is stunning—it’s tangy from the hibiscus but the peach rounds it out perfectly. Chilled, it’s even better, and I love that it’s caffeine free so I can sip it late.
