We discovered Eastern Beauty, a velvety oolong, in Yunnan, China. Dark brown leaves indicate a higher-oxidized oolong, with a surprisingly bright aroma. This refreshing note rises from the melon-forward flavor. Just as fresh fruit gives minty or spicy impressions, Eastern Beauty conveys that pinpoint spriteliness up top, with a quiet, vanilla–spice note in the foundation.
