Wasn't expecting the whisking to become my favorite part of the morning, but here we are. The powder dissolves into a smooth cup with just a brisk whisk, no lumps at the bottom like the last matcha I tried. Having a few powders to rotate through the day keeps it interesting.

The no-straining thing is what sold me — I just whisk and go, no mess in the sink. Morning cup is smooth, and the afternoon one keeps me going without the jitters I got from coffee.

The no-straining thing is what sold me — I just whisk a scoop into hot water and it's ready before my kettle even stops steaming. The powder dissolves evenly with a good vigorous whisk, no clumps at the bottom of the cup.
