ラベンダーリフト

I brewed a small pinch of this lavender on its own and it was surprisingly bold — floral without tasting like soap. Tossed some into a batch of shortbread too and the sweet aroma filled the whole kitchen.

The sweet aroma hits you the moment the pouch opens, and it holds up beautifully when brewed solo—no need to mask it with anything. I've even dusted a batch of shortbread with it, and the floral kick carried right through baking without turning bitter.

I brewed a cup on its own last night and the floral sweetness came through perfectly, bold but not bitter. The fact that it’s sturdy enough to cook with is a fun bonus—I’m already thinking about folding it into a shortbread recipe.
