Kamomil

The apple note really comes through—it’s like a warm hug in a mug, and the sweetness is gentle, not cloying. I’ve been swapping my evening tea for this loose leaf and it’s genuinely slowed my wind-down routine in the best way. Even the second steep holds that calming, ripe flavor.

The loose leaf steeps into a golden cup that genuinely tastes like biting into a ripe apple, which I didn't expect from chamomile. I've started reaching for it about an hour before bed and it's become the signal my brain needs to wind down.

This is my second bag and it's become the last step of my wind-down routine every night. The apple notes really come through, and it’s sweet enough that I don’t even bother adding honey. A warm mug of this before bed just feels right.
