El sésamo negro es nuestra mezcla de té de hojas sueltas construida sobre el contraste. Nuestro té nepalí aporta una dulzura suave de gran altitud, mientras que el té chino añade un suave y persistente susurro de humo. Juntos crean la base exacta que el sésamo negro necesita: equilibrada, en capas y silenciosamente compleja.

Nos llevó meses de I+D encontrar el equilibrio adecuado: el carácter rico y distintivo del sésamo negro requiere la base de té perfecta, o bien abruma la taza o desaparece por completo.

Nuestro avance llegó cuando dejamos de buscar una única base de té exacta y empezamos a probar combinaciones. La respuesta: un té nepalí y un té negro chino ligeramente ahumado trabajando juntos.
