The yuzu hits first, bright and a little floral, then the matcha and stem tea settle in underneath. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoon and it's zesty without being sour.
The stem tea and matcha give this a grassy depth that keeps the yuzu from ever feeling candy-like. I've been drinking it hot in the mornings and the citrus lingers nicely on the finish without turning bitter.
