The splash guard actually works — I tossed it in my bag and didn't come back to a soaked notebook. And it's genuinely fun to sip from with that little slide lid.
The ceramic interior is the real winner here — my green tea tastes exactly like it does in my glass mug at home, no metallic aftertaste at all. It's also genuinely easy to hold one-handed in the car, which I didn't expect to appreciate as much as I do.
The splash guard is the detail I didn't know I needed — no more tea on my shirt on the commute. It's also genuinely easy to hold one-handed, and my oolong tastes the same at 3pm as when I poured it.
